Fair use policy
All subscriptions include standard AI functionality under fair use. Fair use means normal and reasonable usage of chat, analyses, recommendations and automations within the selected plan. If usage becomes structurally exceptional or highly intensive, we may contact you to align on a more suitable plan or additional AI capacity.
Upgrade policy
Your plan is based on monthly order volume in the current or previous billing month. One incidental overage is not a problem. Two consecutive months above your tier triggers an upgrade recommendation. Three consecutive months above your tier may result in an automatic upgrade or a commercial review.
Billing summary
Your subscription is based on monthly order volume. All plans include standard AI functionality under fair use. When your order volume grows structurally into a higher band, Valtracs will proactively recommend the most suitable plan.

Yes. Every plan includes standard AI capabilities under fair use, so teams can use recommendations, analysis and guided actions from day one.
What happens if our volume spikes for one month?
Nothing immediate. A single incidental spike does not force an upgrade. We only step in when volume is consistently above the current plan.
When should we talk about Enterprise?
Enterprise is a fit when you exceed 100,000 orders per month or need custom onboarding, integrations, support terms or AI usage agreements.
